Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) is a proactive approach to establishing the behavioral supports and social culture. It is needed for all students in a school to achieve social, emotional and academic success.
PBIS Mission Statement:
The PBIS team at Lisbon works to promote student achievement and responsibility by providing a safe and caring environment where students are a part of a family with teachers and staff serving as positive role models.
The PBIS process is an ongoing system that we will continue to refine over time to best fit the needs of our staff and students.
